DELIVERY NOTES:

Shipping Address Verification

It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide a correct shipping address for order delivery. An incomplete and/or invalid shipping address can result in the package being sent back to us. In such a case, you will have to pay the return shipping fee; and, if the order has to be reshipped, you will also have to pay additional shipping fees. If you decide to cancel your order when the package has been returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charge(s) incurred from the refund amount.

Duties & Custom Fees

International orders, outside of Canada, may be subject to duties and customs fees. The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered. These fees will be covered by you, as the customer. For more information - contact your local customs office.

Untracked Packages

Standard shipping for our international packages (outside of North America) are sent via Canada Post without tracking scans - these may take a few weeks to arrive to your door. We are not responsible for lost packages. This is why we highly recommend that you purchase express shipping with tracking when shipping abroad, as it is the fastest way to receive and locate your package at all times.

We have a flat standard shipping rate of $30 on all orders. We highly suggest you opt to pay for express shipping to receive your package sooner and with tracking for $45 (outside North America).

Note: Standard shipping for international packages will be shipped with Canada Post and do not include tracking scans. Some countries and exceptions apply (as some countries are currently not accepting international orders due to COVID-19).
